It was so fun! I haven't danced like that since college over 15 years ago, and it felt great!

I’ve never had dance experience but always wanted to learn. I came here during a break up and I was vulnerable. This community helped me heal and grow. Not only did I learn new parts of myself but I found a passion for dance. I’m not always the best but I never feel discouraged or like I can’t do it. I always leave class feeling empowered and loved. That’s what I love so much about this place. Truly everyone is welcomed. Thank you for making my nights when I come.

I come almost every night and it is my favorite part of the day! The energy from the teachers and peers are amazing and it’s such a fun way to do what you love.

Dance Fit Flow is my happy place! The instructors are so kind and meet you where you are at, always encouraging you to do what your body can do and providing modifications. The community cheers each other on and is united through our shared love of dance! I didn’t think these kinds of places existed for adults. Most of the time, your hobbies come to a screeching end after high school. Dance Fit Flow has truly changed my adult life. It enriches my evenings and keeps me moving in a way that is truly both fun and challenging. I love the variety of classes. Everyone is at a different place and level and that’s okay! Plus, it’s way more fun than sitting in front of my screens!

If you are in KC, I cannot speak highly enough about this studio. Not only have I fallen back in love with dance, but it’s given me the opportunity to learn from amazing peerrs and grow in my own dance style.
