WAIVER AND RELEASE

I agree that if I engage in any physical exercise, class or activity, or use the equipment or facility on the premises of Dance Fit Flow, I do so at my own risk. I agree that I am voluntarily participating in activities and use of the facilities and premises (including dance studios, common spaces and parking lot) and assume all risk of injury, illness, damage, or loss to myself or my property that might result, including, without limitation, any loss or theft of any personal property. I agree to release and discharge Dance Fit Flow, LLC (and their affiliates, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns) from any and all claims or causes of action (known or unknown) arising out of negligence. I acknowledge that I have carefully read this Waiver and Release and fully understand that it is a release of liability. I am waiving any right that I may have to bring legal action to assert a claim against Dance Fit Flow.

UNDERSTANDING OF RISK

I understand the risks involved in participating in dance and fitness classes or activity, my personal responsibilities for adhering to rules and regulation, and accept them as a participant.

ILLNESS

By participating in any class or activity at Dance Fit Flow I accept the risk of exposure to contagious illness, including COVID-19. I agree I will not participate in any activity at Dance Fit Flow if I am exhibiting any symptoms of illness including fever, cough, shortness of breath or if I have been exposed to someone with COVID-19.

FOOD & DRINK

I understand that no food, gum, or drink (other than water) is allowed inside the dance spaces at Dance Fit Flow. I am responsible for any damage to the mirrors, walls, flooring, equipment or other if I do not adhere to this policy.

CLASS ETIQUITTE

By participating in any class or activity at Dance Fit Flow, I agree to make every effort to arrive on time or 5 minutes early for class, leave my phone on silent and out of sight, act in a way that is nondisruptive to other guests or my instructor, and treat others with kindness and respect at all times. If I choose to take a video recording of myself during class, I will do so in a way that is curteous to others and does not interrupt class. If someone other than myself or my instructor is in a photo or video I have taken, I will ask their permission before posting.

NO SHOW POLICY & CANCELLATION WINDOW

Reserving a class and not attending is considered a "no-show" and will result in the forfeiture of the class credit used or a $15 fee assessed to your account. You may cancel a reservation up to 2 hours in advance. A cancellation less than 2 hours in advance is considered a late cancel and is subject to the no-show penalty fee. Penalty feels are automatically assessed by our booking system, so take care to update your reservation if you are no longer able to attend and be sure to check-in for class on the mobile app or from the iPad kiosks in the lobby.

NO VISITORS OR OBSERVERS

Observers are not permitted in class or our common spaces for security and privacy reasons. Visitors cannot wait in the lobby for the duration of class, but instead may attend class as a paid and active participant. Underage guests or children of participants are not permitted in class or our common spaces.

REFUNDS

We do not offer cash refunds, but will honor an equal exchange (credit) for other services within our facilities.

DATA PRIVACY

Your data is accessed for the purposes of Dance Fit Flow business operations only. It will not be sold to or shared with outside parties.

IMAGE RELEASE

In consideration of participation in Dance Fit Flow classes, I agree that my likeness may be photographed or videotaped and that such image may be published in an outlet used to promote or publicize the studio. Dance Fit Flow staff may occasionally take photos and videos during class. If you are uncomfortable being photographed or recorded, please let your instructor or someone at the front desk know prior to class.
